If you have display problems i.e. the text isnt displaying right or you can't see the button links then you either need to, Upgrade your browser which you can download from here-
internet explorer.exe
Or you need to have flash downloaded, installed and enabled which can be downloaded from here- flashplayer.exe
Don't like the way the text is displayed?
For internet explorer user's you need to go to tools, internet options, at the bottom of the window click fonts, choose your web page font, click ok, click apply, and click ok again. Refresh your page if you need to.
For Firerfox users click tools, options, at the top click content and change your font style and size, click apply, click ok and refresh your page.
